User control and clear boundaries
Security is more than encryption language. It includes minimising collected data, limiting authority, making third-party services visible, and designing the product so analytical software cannot silently become an execution system.
This page describes product principles, not a certification claim or a guarantee that incidents can never occur.
Four commitments
Deskscale does not act as a broker, custodian or autonomous trading agent on any user's behalf.
Collect only the information required to provide, secure and improve the service.
Encrypted HTTPS connections for data transmitted between supported clients and the service.
Missing or stale market data reduces confidence rather than being silently treated as agreement.
The public site at deskscalelabs.com hosts no forms, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and collects no account data. Fonts are currently served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. Details are in the cookie policy.
Accounts, subscriptions and usage data live with Deskscale Platform at app.deskscale.app and are governed by the privacy policy. Never send brokerage credentials, account statements or card numbers by email or any other contact channel.
Model outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, and market data can be delayed, unavailable or revised. The system surfaces provenance and uncertainty so you can evaluate the evidence yourself.
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue, email hello@deskscalelabs.com with a concise description, the affected surface, and steps that reproduce the issue. Do not include live credentials or customer data.
